Elvedin in particular was amazing in being able to provide amazing guidance to me and my wife as we consider an investment into the US as Canadians. My wife and I are Canadian but have always dreamed about moving to Florida, since every time we go on vacation we fall more in love with the lifestyle and atmosphere. We always dreamed to move to Florida from Canada but it seemed such as challenge.  Elvedin was able to really breakdown what we need to do to make the move happen.
